At X Light®, we take pride in delivering a refined and efficient lighting solution for Norlys‘ new charging station, where modern aesthetics and cutting-edge lighting technology come together seamlessly. Our mission was not only to provide optimal illumination for safety and functionality but also to enhance the station’s architectural elegance. Designed with a sleek wooden structure, the station required a lighting solution that harmonized with its contemporary aesthetic while ensuring excellent visibility and comfort. By implementing Proline 60 from Imperial Lighting—featuring 3300 lumen, DALI, IP44, Class II—we achieved a balance between efficiency, durability, and visual appeal. This carefully selected luminaire integrates effortlessly into the design, offering a cohesive and inviting atmosphere that enhances the customer experience.
Our lighting solution plays a vital role in defining the station’s ambiance, ensuring a well-lit, welcoming environment for drivers and pedestrians alike. Strategically positioned fixtures provide uniform light distribution, minimizing glare while maintaining high energy efficiency. The choice of DALI-controlled luminaires allows for flexible light management, adapting to different lighting needs throughout the day and ensuring optimal energy consumption. The project was executed in close collaboration with Kemp & Lauritzen as the general contractor and Adept as the architect, ensuring a seamless integration of lighting with the station’s architectural vision.
